Important Update to GigCity Services
The GigCity program will continue beyond 30 June 2026 under a revised funding and operating model designed to ensure its long-term sustainability.
Since launching in 2017, the South Australian Government has invested $9.9 million to support innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital capability across the state.
GigCity has enabled businesses across Adelaide to access fast, reliable, and affordable connectivity via SABRENet’s fibre network, delivered by EscapeNet.
From 1 August 2026, pricing will be updated to support the ongoing operation and sustainability of the network under new commercial arrangements.
While prices will change, GigCity continues to offer highly competitive value for symmetrical gigabit, business-grade fibre services.
