The Carob Kitchen Orchard is home to organically grown carob that is harvested, roasted and milled on-site to preserve natural sweetness and purity. A secret blend of specially selected carob varieties is what makes our organic carob products so naturally sweet and delicious. With no added sugar, our range of gluten free carob powders and bars, are a healthy alternative to other chocolate snacks.
The company produces a range of ‘better for you’ carob products, including Banjo Bears and Carob Kitchen Bars, which are naturally sweet, caffeine-free, gluten-free and high in fibre, available in flavours such as Original Milk, Mint, Orange, Coconut and Almond, along with carob-coated sultanas.
