    New global headquarters for sports tech innovator

    An Adelaide-based sports tech innovator has grown its revenue more than 537 per cent in three years and is now opening its global headquarters at Lot Fourteen.

    MyVenue specialises in purpose-built-point-of-sale software for stadiums, arenas and hospitality venues which has been used for some of the biggest sporting events in the world, including the 2023 Super Bowl LVII where it handed over 90,000 transactions across concessions, premium bars, mobile ordering and corporate boxes.

    Used at 171 venues across the globe, MyVenue has more than doubled its market share in just the last 12 months, including revenue growth of 537 per cent in three years, with exports to the US increasing to $18.1 million in 2024. The company has also grown its workforce from seven employees in 2020 to 72 in 2025. MyVenue, which started out at Stone & Chalk’s startup hub in Lot Fourteen, is now moving into the innovation district’s heritage-listed Bice Building.

    By developing their software wholly in Adelaide, MyVenue is a South Australian innovation creating high-value, local software engineering and IT jobs.

    The company’s market-leading solution powers the food and beverage sales at some of the largest events in the world including:

    • Michigan Stadium (the largest stadium in the US)
    • LA Memorial Coliseum (home of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics)
    • The MSG Sphere in Las Vegas
    • Hard Rock Stadium (home of the Miami Dolphins, NFL, the Miami Formula 1 Grand Prix and Miami Open Tennis Tournament)
    • State Farm Stadium (home of the Arizona Cardinals, NFL).

    MyVenue is used in all five major leagues in the US (Major League Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey and Soccer) as well as 40+ National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) sporting venues and has plans to continue expanding in the US, UK and other global markets.

    According to the Australian Sports Technologies Network recent report, Australia’s sports technology sector surpassed $4 billion in revenue and is now equal in value to Australia’s fintech sector.

    MyVenue, a previous SA Premier’s Export & Business Award Winner (Emerging Exporter in 2022 and Beyond Borders Business of the Year in 2024), has been supported by the Department of State Development’s overseas trade and investment offices in the US, UK and South-East Asia.
