OmnigeniQ Pty Ltd

OmnigeniQ is a frontier research company at the intersection of AI, advanced computation and life science.
In 2024, it designed a bioreactor to be deployed to the International Space Station to prove that biologics like insulin could be produced in situ for deep-space missions such as the NASA Artemis Program. This research formed the foundation for the company's proprietary platform which computes the physical forces that govern biology as a new way to simulate biological systems.
This platform has broad applications across drug discovery and development, allowing investigation into how a perturbation at one point propagates through a system with no training data, no scaffolds and no machine learning.
OmnigeniQ's mission is to build the world’s first holographic twin of human physiology to make medicine preventative, predictive and precise.
It commenced by recreating the physical conditions in which proteins are formed to simulate their emergence and encourage self-assembly. After achieving this milestone and presenting its findings during JP Morgan Healthcare Week in January 2026, OmnigeniQ is now developing the world's first in silico E. Coli - a full cell model to validate human-scale prediction.

Objectives
- Establishing a relationship with a lab to develop the world's first in silico E. Coli for predictive power over the recombinant protein industry
- Seeking investment for 5 drug candidates in neurodegeneration, non-opioid pain, and cancer
- Open to partnerships with CRO/CDMOs for a range of services (including a deterministic protein viability engine)
