Skilled Migration Talent and Industry Connection Program

The Department of State Development is seeking proposals that:

• can be delivered by 30 June 2025, or incorporate a first stage that can be delivered by 30 June 2025 in the first instance (with further funding for 2025-26 considered subject to successful delivery of the first stage)
• specifically support the engineering, construction or ICT cohorts (other sectors and general skilled migrant support initiatives, including those in regional/remote areas of South Australia, will be considered on a case-by-case basis)
• focus on current skilled migrants with:
  • Skill Levels 1 and 2 (ANZSCO); or
  • Skills in construction and trades
• provide job readiness support, meaningful connection to businesses and industry and maximise the potential for successful employment outcomes, considering the importance of support to skilled migrants immediately after arrival, as well as in the short-to-medium term.

Applicants are encouraged to work with partner organisations to deliver their proposals where they align.
