    The founders of nine South Australian startups and a local angel investment firm recently travelled to the United Kingdom as part of an Australian delegation to London Tech Week.

    Hosted by Tribe Global Ventures, participants attended a curated series of workshops, meetings and events to better understand the demand for their products/services in the UK market.

    Software to promote, capture and report on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

    XFrame

    A technology platform delivering a reusable building solution. XFrame’s mission is to create easily adaptable spaces that unlock a circular economy in the construction industry.

    Converlens

    An AI technology company specialising in qualitative analysis.

    LAAMP

    Developed by Cortex Interactive, LAAMP is transforming the approach to training, induction, and assessment in organisations.

    Add-Life Technologies

    Upper-body mobility assessment tool and rehabilitation using AR/VR technology.

    ValAi

    Provides data insights on the climate risk, resilience and energy efficiency of existing residential assets.

    Southern Angels

    An Adelaide-based angel investor member organisation facilitating the provision of time, money and expertise to support local startups.

    As early-stage businesses, startups are not often in the financial position to pursue significant business development opportunities overseas, or attend international tech events.

    Recognising that cost could pose a barrier to participation, the Department for Industry, Innovation and Science (DIIS) sponsored the 10 South Australian places in this delegation.

    Sponsorship covers delegation fees and accommodation costs of each organisation involved.
