    Terms & Conditions for registrations for Move to South Australia Information Sessions.

    1. Introduction

    We use Humanitix as our ticketing platform. Please note:

    • Your personal data will be collected and transferred outside the United Kingdom.
    • Specifically, your data will be stored in Australia, which is not currently recognised by the UK Government as providing the same level of data protection as the UK.

    We have taken steps to ensure that your data remains protected, including implementing appropriate safeguards through our contractual arrangements with Humanitix.

    We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We may share your personal information only with:

    • Our trusted service providers (such as Humanitix) who process data on our behalf.
